CSR Initiative: SME Business Development & Export-Focused Training Program

Bark Ornament (Pvt) Ltd successfully conducted a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project in collaboration with the Panadura Divisional Secretariat on 28th April 2026.

This initiative focused on empowering small and medium-scale entrepreneurs through a comprehensive SME Business Development and Export-Focused Training Program. The session was led by Mr. Nuwan Fernando, one of the Directors of Bark Ornament (Pvt) Ltd, along with an experienced who served as the resource person. Our Gest Lectuerrer Dr. Nilantha Perera (Seniour Lecturer – University of Keleniya)

The program covered key aspects of business development, with the objective of enhancing entrepreneurial knowledge, encouraging strategic thinking, and promoting a positive mindset among participants. Special emphasis was given to expanding market opportunities and preparing SMEs to enter export markets.

Through this initiative, Bark Ornament (Pvt) Ltd aims to contribute to the growth and sustainability of the business community. As a responsible organization, the company remains committed to supporting the development of entrepreneurs and strengthening the local business ecosystem.
