Prime Residencies marked a major construction milestone today with the official topping-off of Tower Cosmos at The Colombo Border in Peliyagoda.

The topping-off ceremony signified the completion of the tower’s superstructure — the point at which the building reached its final structural height — before progressing to façade and finishing works.

The milestone was marked with a ceremonial concrete pour led by Prime’s leadership, project partners, and a valued client.

Tower Cosmos, a 20-storey residential tower with 152 apartments, was completed ahead of schedule by Prime Construction (Pvt) Ltd, the construction arm of Prime Group.

The Colombo Border spans 6.5 acres along the Colombo–Kandy Road and comprises three residential towers — Tower Brielle, Tower Cosmos, and Tower Amaá.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Premalal Brahmanage, Group Chairman of Prime Group, emphasized disciplined execution, teamwork, and timely delivery.
