Prime Residencies marked a major construction milestone today with the official topping-off of Tower Cosmos at The Colombo Border in Peliyagoda.<\/p>\n
The topping-off ceremony signified the completion of the tower\u2019s superstructure \u2014 the point at which the building reached its final structural height \u2014 before progressing to fa\u00e7ade and finishing works.<\/p>\n
The milestone was marked with a ceremonial concrete pour led by Prime\u2019s leadership, project partners, and a valued client.<\/p>\n
Tower Cosmos, a 20-storey residential tower with 152 apartments, was completed ahead of schedule by Prime Construction (Pvt) Ltd, the construction arm of Prime Group.<\/p>\n
The Colombo Border spans 6.5 acres along the Colombo\u2013Kandy Road and comprises three residential towers \u2014 Tower Brielle, Tower Cosmos, and Tower Ama\u00e1.<\/p>\n
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Premalal Brahmanage, Group Chairman of Prime Group, emphasized disciplined execution, teamwork, and timely delivery.<\/p>\n
