The eagerly anticipated annual event hosted by SLICGL celebrates knowledge, teamwork and competitive spirit among its sales force across all its regional offices. The competition comprised regional and inter-regional rounds, culminating in an exciting final witnessed by the Chairman, Group CEO, COO, and other top management of the company, adding further prestige to the event. The Eastern Regional Team emerged triumphant as Champions while the Man of the Match was awarded to Mr. S.A.W.M. Sathurusinghe, representing the Western 3 Region. This annual event strengthens SLICGL\u2019s reputation as an organization committed to developing its workforce. The competition was organized by the Learning and Development \u2013 General Insurance department, with cooperation from the sales, distribution and other departments of the company.<\/p>\n<p>SLICGL fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration among employees, inspired by the belief that knowledge and teamwork are critical pillars for organizational success. Therefore, SLICGL invests in initiatives that empower employees to excel professionally and routinely celebrate employee achievements.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s successfully concluded Quiz Competition builds on the success of previous editions, offering a dynamic platform to enhance knowledge in general insurance while fostering healthy competition. This is yet another initiative by SLICGL to sustain its position as a leader in professional development and employee engagement initiatives which foster collaboration and a sense of community within its sales and marketing force.
